1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Invoynt ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Invoynt is a cloud-based invoicing and billing management platform that allows businesses to:

• Create and send invoices and estimates
• Manage customer information
• Track payments and overdue invoices
• Schedule tasks and reminders
• Process payments through third-party providers
• Generate PDF documents

3. Account Registration

To use Invoynt, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Not share your account with others

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

After your trial ends, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. We offer:

• Starter Plan: $9/month or $90/year
• Pro Plan: $29/month or $290/year
• Enterprise Plan: $79/month or $790/year

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan.

4.4 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your credit card information.

4.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be suspended, and you will lose access to the Service until payment is successful.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until that date.

5.2 Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.

Annual Subscriptions: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual plans. After 30 days, refunds are prorated based on unused months remaining.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to compete with us or create a similar product
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Invoynt and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service (invoices, customer information, etc.). You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide the Service to you.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVOICEPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law
